Attorney Austin Provost received his J.D. cum laude from Western New England University School of Law, having graduated in the top 10% of his class.
While in law school, Attorney Provost was named the Research Editor of the Western New England Law Review. Austin also received both the National Order of Scribes Award for Excellence in Legal Writing and CALI Excellence Awards for the top marks in two (2) classes, Business Organizations and Bankruptcy. While serving as a law clerk at Weiner Law Firm, P.C., in Springfield, Massachusetts, Attorney Provost co-authored “Bankruptcy Trustee’s Ability to “Clawback” Debtors’ Tuition Payments” with Attorney Gary M. Weiner, published in Volume 31, Issue 1 of Commercial Law World.
Attorney Provost received his Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science cum laude from Western New England University, where he was honored as a Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges award recipient for his commitment to academics and leadership on campus. He practices in the firm’s corporate and real estate departments, where he is instrumental in the formation, purchase and sale of clients’ businesses, contract review and negotiation, and all types of real estate and banking transactions.
