Attorney Neil A. Lippman is a Member of the firm whose practice encompasses both the Real Estate Law and Litigation Departments.
Attorney Lippman graduated magna cum laude with Order of the Coif distinction from The University of Miami School of Law, where he was also a member of the Law Review. Mr. Lippman earned his undergraduate degree from Washington University.
He concentrates in the strategic representation of businesses and individuals in real estate and commercial litigation matters. Mr. Lippman's broad range of experience includes the areas of acquisition, sale and litigation involving distressed real estate and secured liens, real estate tax litigation, negotiation of the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial and residential property and the development and management of condominiums and planned communities.
Mr. Lippman was honored as the 2001 Connecticut Humanitarian of the Year for his volunteer work as the Chair of the Jewish Home for the Aged, a skilled nursing facility in New Haven.
Neil and his wife, Joanne Resnic Lippman, have two children and reside in Fairfield, Connecticut.
