Attorney Emily D. Wilson is Of Counsel to the firm. Attorney Wilson practices in the firm’s Business/Corporate Law Practice Group, the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group and Estate Planning/Probate Practice Group. She is admitted in both Connecticut and New York
During Emily’s twenty years in law practice, she has focused on problem solving for families and businesses. Her broad range of experience includes estate and trust planning and administration; residential and commercial real estate transactions; business formation; commercial financing and land use.
Emily has served as past president of the Norwalk Senior Center and teaches courses on estate planning in the digital age. A long-time Norwalk resident, Emily has also been a member of the Norwalk Conservation Commission and the Norwalk Zoning Commission (of which she has been Chairwoman).
Emily graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with a B.A. in international politics and history and received her J.D. from St. John University School of Law. While at St. John’s, Emily served at Editor-in-Chief of the New York International Law Review.
