Chabad, a Jewish non-profit organization, has completed its purchase of the former Elks Lodge at 452 Brookside Drive in Fairfield at the corner of Samp Mortar. It is the another of many area real estate transactions for the organization within 24 months, all facilitated by the law firm of Goldman, Gruder & Woods….
