During his career, Angelo has represented and advised skilled nursing homes, sub-acute facilities, physicians, therapy providers and other health care industry providers in the areas of Medicare, Medicaid, compliance, reimbursement, patient's rights, appeals, vendor disputes, collections, and litigation. He also assists physicians and their practice groups in their managed care and provider contacts. He has written numerous articles for the Association of Long Term Care Finance Manager's Newsletter and conducted numerous in house corporate seminars on health care issues. Attorney Maragos regularly appears before the Department of Department of Social Services.

In addition, Angelo has tried cases before juries on behalf of individuals and their families who have suffered injuries involving tractor trailer, motor vehicle, and motorcycle collisions, and he has brought negligence actions against municipalities,governmental employees, and teachers. Angelo has also helped families in contested probate court and conservatorship proceedings.

Attorney Maragos speaks fluent Greek, which allows him to assist many Greek clients in business transactions working with the firm's attorneys.

Attorney Maragos graduated from University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science and Washington & Lee Law School. His is licensed to practice in both Connecticut and New York and also is admitted to the United States Federal District Courts in Connecticut and New York. He also is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the American Health Lawyers Association and the Association of Long Term Care Finance Managers.
