Joshua Kammerman practices in all areas of residential and commercial real estate, lending, title and leasing. Born in Manhasset, New York, Attorney Kammerman has had a New York State-centric practice for over 20 years.
A graduate of Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Josh received his J.D. at Pace University School of Law in 1995. Admitted to practice in both New York and Connecticut, Attorney Kammerman is the managing principal of the firm’s New York office. Prior to joining the firm, Josh practiced at an international investment bank and several leading Westchester law firms, most recently as a partner and the head of the firm’s real estate department. Josh and his wife live in Wilton with their two children.
